It’s worth noting that this is still in beta - which is to be expected given how fresh Fallout 4 still is - and as a result there are still some quirks to be cleaned up. NMM now supports Fallout 4 as well so you should be able to download the software through that, although if you don’t want to use that software you can find everything you need on the mod page.
